Article 13 - Ordinary General Meeting
The powers of the Ordinary General Meeting are:
- To elect the members of the Board of Directors and the Oversight Office every five years.
They can be re-elected by public vote if the greater part of the membership requests it.
- To become familiar with, approve, reject, or modify the reports of the work of other parts of the Association.
- To approve the amount of the initial and monthly membership fees.
- To approve the regulations issued by the Board of Directors.
- To approve the budget and work plan for the corresponding year.
- To agree to the purchase of goods and to accept donations and legacies.
- To determine the amount of the insurance policy that should cover the Treasurer for the full performance of his duties.
