Article 13 - Ordinary General Meeting

The powers of the Ordinary General Meeting are:

  1. To elect the members of the Board of Directors and the Oversight Office every five years. They can be re-elected by public vote if the greater part of the membership requests it.
  2. To become familiar with, approve, reject, or modify the reports of the work of other parts of the Association.
  3. To approve the amount of the initial and monthly membership fees.
  4. To approve the regulations issued by the Board of Directors.
  5. To approve the budget and work plan for the corresponding year.
  6. To agree to the purchase of goods and to accept donations and legacies.
  7. To determine the amount of the insurance policy that should cover the Treasurer for the full performance of his duties.
