Article 14 - Extraordinary General Meeting

The powers of the Extraordinary General Meeting are:

  1. To fill vacancies caused by permanent absences in the Board of Directors or the Oversight Office.
  2. To change the bylaws and regulations. To do this requires the votes of at least two thirds of the members present.
  3. To ratify, or not, the expulsion of members according to Article Eight above.
  4. To familiarize themselves with the reports of the administrative bodies or any other matter of the greatest urgency which cannot wait until an Ordinary Meeting.
  5. To agree to the disolution of the Association. To do this requires the votes of two thirds of the members present and in full possession of their rights.
