The management of the Association resides with the Board of Directors, which is composed of seven members whose titles are:
These will be elected, in an Ordinary General Meeting held in the second fortnight of August, for a term of five years.
They will take possession of their posts on September the First in the year in which they are elected.
Temporary absences of members of the Board of Directors will be filled by the same Board. In case of a permanent absence, the same Board of Directors will fill the said absence while convening an Extraordinary General Meeting for the purpose of filling the vacancies for the rest of the term.
