The Board of Directors will meet in ordinary form once a month and in extraordinary form when it considers it necessary. It will be convened by the Secretary with eight working days notice, by means of letter or circular. Fifty-one percent of its members will form a quorum and its agreements will be taken by no less than half plus one of its votes. In the case of a tie vote, the President will cast an additional tie-breaking vote.
