Article 17 - Powers of the Board of Directors
The powers of the Board of Directors are the following:
- To reach the necessary agreements for the Association to accomplish its essential goals.
- To present annually a report of its work to the Ordinary General Meeting.
- To convene General Meetings through the office of the Secretary.
- To name committees which it considers necessary to be formed, at a time, for a period, and with the powers that it considers convenient for achieving the goals of the Association.
- To supervise. in conjunction with the Oversight Office, the work of the established committees.
- To receive membership applications and to grant them approval or disapproval according to paragraph (d) of Article 7 of the Bylaws.
- To receive voluntary resignation applications and give them the corresponding treatment.
- To decide on the expulsion of members for the causes listed in Article 8 of these Bylaws.
