The Association will be dissolved when reasons listed in Articles 3, 27 and 34 of the Associations Law and its revisions occur; it will petition a Civil judge in the Association's district who names one to three liquidators. These will take such percentage for fees as is fixed in Article 14 of the Associations Law and its revisions.
When the Association is wound up, its goods will be distributed proportionally. Depending on the type of association, so will the goods be shared. As far as the sports associations that have options turned by the state and its institutions, they must set them as established in Article 29 of Law 7800.
