Article 4 - Accomplishing the Aims

To accomplish its aims, the Association will conduct, among others, the following activities:

  1. Collect membership fees and contributions from its members to finance attaining its basic aims.
  2. Administer specific games, donations of public and private entities, whether national or international, to achieve the Association's aims.
  3. Carry out member organization activities that promote projects to spread education and activities of an interest to the members.
  4. Bring about the help of state institutions to better the activities of all the members.
  5. Solicit, collect, and channel financial, human, material, and technical resources to improve the quality of life and the opportunity to overcome problems of the members.
  6. The Association will acquire all classes of goods, always within the limitations of Article 43 of the Civil Code, sign all nature of contracts, and carry out any kind of legal operations as a means of securing its goals.
