Bylaws of the ARNB

Article 6 - Members

The Association will have the following categories of members:

  1. Founding Members: They are the members who participated in the Constitutional Meeting and who are noted in its minutes.
  2. Active Members: These will be the members who join after the Consitutional Meeting and they will have full member rights.
  3. Honorary Members: These will be especially those people who have collaborated effectively in the development and consolidation of the Association.

The Board of Directors will recommend honorary members for approval by a General Meeting. The active and founding members who have full possession of their rights also have the right to speak and vote. Honorary members only participate in the General Meetings with the right to speak, but not to vote. They cannot be elected to board office or the oversight office and are not subject to the obligations which active and founding members are.
