Bylaws of the ARNB

Article 7 - Affiliation

To become a member, one observes the following essential rules and requirements:

  1. The interested person should present a written application before the Board of Directors.
  2. All applications should be accompanied by the recommendation of two founding or active members.
  3. Entry is to be approved by the Board of Directors by no less than one-half the votes plus one, and will be communicated to the membership in a General Meeting.
  4. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject an application for affiliation; acceptance is by simple agreement; rejection requires reasons supported by the Bylaws.

Once the Board of Directors have received an application, it has ten days to decide.
