The Board of Directors meets approximately once a month, with extraordinary sessions when considered necessary (see Article 16 of the Bylaws).
On application to the Board, other ARNB members may attend to observe or present motions in accordance with the Bylaws. Some sessions may be closed, or partially closed, for legal reasons. An example would be a session in which the Conduct and Ethics Committee presents its findings.
The minutes of meetings of the Board of Directors will be posted here, except those portions documenting closed sessions.
