The meeting of the Board of Directors was called to order at 10:43 a.m.

The minutes of the last meeting,#2, were read and approved.
He included the results of the open and pairs tournaments, the simultaneous pairs, and the Christmas party, as well as a summary which which was approved.
These are established thus: games sanctioned by the Association, the fees will be left at ¢200 per table per game when Association supplies are used and ¢100 when they are not. Also, an annual fee of ¢1.000 will be charged each club sanctioned by the Association.
These will remain the same as last year: ¢5.000 per year. Special fees are established for new members for the first year and for members less than 25 years old — ¢2.500 for the year.
We ask the cooperation of the members of the Board of Directors to collect the fees and deliver the money to Norman.
There will be a Membership game at the end of the year under the care of the Board of Directors as part of the scheduled events for the period. These include a National Open Pairs tournament, a National Open Teams tournament, a Charity Game, a Christmas Party, and some type of event to be scheduled every two months with an emphasis on education and development of the game.
John Mac Gregor will respond to the information solicited in reference to the teaching of bridge. Social, inter-club games will be scheduled. Enrique Kellerman will coordinate this event. It will be coordinated with the lawyer, Jaime Weisleder, in order to create a sports club of each group to form a Federation which can be taken to the government and the National Olympic Committee.
