The minutes of the last meeting were read. John Mac Gregor moved they be approved, John Goold seconded the motion, and they were approved unanimously.
We have received an e-mail message from the CACBF President, congratulating the ARNB and the organizers of the May CACBF tournament.
The treasurer, Ria Houtkooper, reported that there is $2,875 and ¢101,913 in the ARNB accounts and that the $88 sanction fee for the June World Wide Simultaneous Pairs has been paid. Pilar Vitoria moved to approve the treasurer's report, John Goold seconded the motion, and it was approved unanimously.
We have in the files, our Association's file from the Registro de Asociaciones del Registro Civil.
Ian McLennan will send to the President of the Board, the requirements to be recognized by the National Olympic Committee.
Ian McLennan gave a preliminary report about the expenditures and income of the CACBF May tournament and will present a final report in the future. Also, he was grateful for the present that the Board gave to the organizers, himself and María Antonieta Mellado. On their part, the Board was grateful to them for their work.
