Meeting #33 of the Board of Directors - 2006-12-01

The meeting was called to order at 5:40 p.m. Present were:

John Mac Gregor	Ian McLennan
Patricia Miranda	Pilar Vitoria

The minutes of the last meeting were read. Patricia Miranda moved that they be approved, Pilar Vitoria seconded the motion, and they were approved unanimously.

Ian McLennan moved to increase the membership dues to 10,000 colones per year. If paid before February 28^th, the charge will be 8,000 colones. Pilar Vitoria seconded the motion and it was approved unanimously.

The President, John Mac Gregor, resigned his position. The Secretary, Pilar Vitoria, resigned her position.

Ian McLennan moved to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting January 10^th at 3:00 p.m. in the Tres sin Triunfo club to elect new Board members, namely:

President
Vice President
Secretary
Vocal (one)

There would be a dinner afterwards. The members can notify the Secretary, Pilar Vitoria, of their nominees before 5:00 p.m. January 7^th, 2007. Pilar Vitoria seconded the motion and it was approved unanimously.

Ian McLennan moved to hold the National Open Pairs Tournament on January 13^th, 2007. John Mac Gregor seconded the motion and it was approved by the majority with the abstention of Pilar Vitoria.

Ian McLennan moved to end the meeting; Patricia Miranda seconded the motion; and it was approved unanimously to end it at 6:10 p.m.
